Return & Exchange Policy

At Label Aishwaryrika, every garment is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans in Lucknow using the timeless traditions of Chikankari and Mukaish embroidery. As a Made-to-Order (MTO) luxury label rooted in the principles of slow fashion, every garment is crafted exclusively after your order is confirmed and is never mass-produced or stocked in bulk. Significant artisan time, craftsmanship and resources are committed specifically to each order.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, size guide and all applicable policies before placing your Order.

By placing an Order with Label Aishwaryrika, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy, together with our Delivery & Shipping Policy, Website Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale and all other applicable policies published on our Website.

1. Shipment Claim Policy

To maintain the highest standards of quality, authenticity and fairness, all claims relating to missing, damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries must be supported by a clear, continuous, unedited and time-stamped unboxing video shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

The unboxing video must:

 a. Begin before opening the sealed parcel.

 b. Clearly display the shipping label.

 c. Capture the complete unboxing process in one continuous recording without pauses, edits or interruptions.

 d. Clearly show every item received inside the package.

Claims submitted without the required video evidence or beyond the prescribed timeline may be rejected.

Label Aishwaryrika reserves the right to reject any claim that is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unsupported by sufficient evidence or otherwise made in bad faith.

2. Exchange Policy

Except where required under applicable law, Label Aishwaryrika does not offer returns, refunds or colour exchanges.

We offer a one-time size exchange only, subject to stock availability and full compliance with this Policy.

If you receive a Product with a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect Product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon successful Quality Control inspection, Label Aishwaryrika may, at its sole discretion, offer a size exchange (subject to availability) or issue Store Credit.

3. Manufacturing Defect

A manufacturing defect refers solely to a material defect in workmanship or construction that existed at the time of delivery.

 The following shall not be considered manufacturing defects:

 a. Natural variations in hand embroidery.

 b. Variations in embroidery placement, motifs or handcrafted detailing.

 c. Loose finishing threads.

 d. Minor irregularities inherent to handcrafted garments.

 e. Colour variations resulting from photography, lighting or individual screen settings.

 f. Natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics.

 g. Damage caused by washing, wear, alterations, improper storage, mishandling or misuse after delivery.

4. Exchange Eligibility

 An exchange request will only be considered if:

 a. The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

 b. The Product is completely unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

 c. All original tags, packaging, dust bags and accessories (where applicable) are returned.

 d. The Product is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, body odour, washing, ironing, alterations or any indication of use.

 e. The returned Product successfully passes our Quality Control inspection.

Products that do not satisfy the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the Customer.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an Order. We strongly recommend referring to the size guide or contacting our Customer Care team for sizing assistance before completing your purchase.

5. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following Products are not eligible for exchange:

 a. Colour exchange requests.

 b. Custom-made, personalised, altered or made-to-measure garments.

 c. Products purchased during clearance or final sale where expressly stated.

 d. Products that have already been exchanged.

 e. Products returned without original tags or packaging.

 f. Products showing signs of use, damage or tampering after delivery.

Only one exchange is permitted per Order.

6. Exchange Process

a. Raise Your Request

Requests received after this period shall not be accepted.

b. Self-Ship the Product

Once your request has been approved in writing, securely self-ship the Product to the address provided by our Customer Care team.

Return shipping charges shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

We strongly recommend using a reputed courier service with shipment tracking and insurance.

The Customer shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage until the returned shipment is successfully delivered to Label Aishwaryrika.

c. Quality Inspection

Upon receipt, the Product will undergo a detailed Quality Control inspection.

The inspection process generally requires 4–7 working days.

Label Aishwaryrika reserves the sole right to determine whether the returned Product satisfies the requirements of this Policy, subject to the Customer's statutory rights under applicable law.

Products that fail Quality Control will be returned without exchange or Store Credit.

d. Size Exchange

If the requested size is available, the exchanged Product will be dispatched upon payment of a ₹199 re-shipping charge.

This charge applies because the original shipping cost has already been borne by Label Aishwaryrika.

e. Size Unavailability

If the requested size is unavailable, Label Aishwaryrika reserves the right to issue Store Credit equivalent to the Product value, excluding shipping charges.

Where Store Credit is issued:

 1. It shall remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

 2. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.

 3. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

 4. It cannot be extended beyond its validity period.

 5. It cannot be combined with discount codes, promotional offers, loyalty benefits or any other promotional scheme unless expressly approved by Label Aishwaryrika.

 6. It shall automatically expire upon completion of its validity period.

7. International Orders

All international Orders are final sale.

Due to customs regulations, international logistics and cross-border operational limitations, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on Products shipped outside India.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing information before placing an international Order. Our Customer Care team will be pleased to assist with sizing guidance before purchase.

8. Delivery & Refused Shipments

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the courier partner records the shipment as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders refused at delivery, returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect shipping information, failure to collect the shipment or non-payment of customs duties shall not qualify for cancellation, refund or complimentary exchange, except where required under applicable law.

9. Abuse of Policy

Label Aishwaryrika reserves the right to refuse exchange requests or future transactions where, in its reasonable opinion, repeated exchange requests, fraudulent conduct, abusive behaviour, policy misuse or any attempt to obtain an unfair commercial advantage is identified, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

Label Aishwaryrika may amend, modify or update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, business operations or customer experience.

The version published on the Website at the time an Order is placed shall apply to that Order.
