Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please let us know. We offer exchanges for entirely different colors, sizes, or even entirely new styles to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for.

 

 

 

In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, you may return it unused, in its original condition and packaging with all original tags, within 2 days of delivery. Once we receive the return, our customer care team will verify the conditions and process your exchange or store credit accordingly.

Please note:

    • Colours are as per shown in picture and very slight differences could be due to the lighting, camera and screen.
    • Once products are dispatched or delivered, they cannot be returned. However, they can be exchanged for another item or credited to your store account.
    • To be eligible for store credit or exchange, items must be unused and retain all original tags. Damaged or soiled returns may be refused and returned to the customer. Please notify our customer care team if any products arrive without tags.
    • Accessories and any designer packaging, such as bags, should be included with your return where applicable.
    • Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
    • Returns are only processed for goods that are defective or damaged. In such cases, please provide a time-stamped unboxing video to for records and further investigation.
    • For size exchanges, please ensure that the product is unused and unworn, with all original tags still attached. Requests for size exchanges must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Please note that once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.


    Exchange Process in India

    Step 1: To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at shoplabelaishwaryrikacare@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91-90045 51208 within 2 days of delivery.

    Step 2: After contacting us, please wait for our team’s confirmation to proceed with the return/exchange. We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Should pickup service not be available in your area, we kindly request that you self-ship the item to the address provided.

    Step 3: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and send it back to us. Detailed return shipping instructions will be provided in our email correspondence.

    Step 4: Once the item is picked up, it will be sent to our warehouse for a thorough quality check. This process typically takes between 4-10 days, depending on your location and the date of pickup.

    Step 5: After the item successfully passes our quality check, store credit will be issued within 24 hours.Please note that a fee of ₹199 will be deducted for both pickup and return shipping, totaling ₹398. This charge covers the costs of return processing, packaging, and delivery. Thank you for your understanding. The remaining amount will be converted into store credit, which will have no expiry date and can be used at your convenience.

    Please be advised that we do not offer exchanges or returns for orders shipped internationally. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
