RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Label Aishwaryrika, our philosophy is rooted in thoughtful craftsmanship, elevated detail, and timeless design. As a made-to-order label specialising in artisanal handwork, our policies are carefully structured to preserve the integrity of our creations and ensure a seamless, elevated client experience. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below in full.

Shipment Claim Policy

To maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity, all claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be supported by a clear, unedited, and time-stamped unboxing video shared within 24 hours of delivery.

The video must:

  • Begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the sealed parcel.

  • Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous take, including the shipping label and product contents.

Claims without this video evidence will not be processed. This policy helps us ensure fair resolution, prevent misuse, and uphold brand integrity. We appreciate your cooperation.

Exchange Policy

At Label Aishwaryrika, we understand that fit and preferences can vary. That's why we offer a one-time exchange for alternate sizes or colours to help you find what works best for you. Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

In the rare instance that your merchandise is damaged or defective, you may return it unused, in its original packaging and condition with all tags intact, within 2 days of delivery. Upon receipt, our customer care team will review and process your store credit or exchange accordingly.

Important Conditions:

  • Every item is hand-embroidered, and as such, slight differences in embroidery, design layout, or color tones are not imperfections but rather signatures of its artisanal origineach piece is uniquely yours and no two are ever alike.

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Exact color match is not guaranteed.

  • All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained no exceptions.

  • Products must be 100% unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be rejected and returned.

  • All accessories, bags, or packaging must be included in the return, wherever applicable.

  • Customised or made-to-measure products are final sale and cannot be exchanged under any condition.

  • Each customer is entitled to only one exchange per order. Once exchanged, the same product cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • Products received without tags, or found damaged, soiled, or previously worn will be immediately rejected and shipped back to the customer without exception.

Exchange Process (Within India)

We’ve created a secure, step-by-step exchange system to ensure your experience remains smooth, accountable, and stress-free.

Step 1: Raise Your Request Promptly
Email us at shoplabelaishwaryrikacare@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-90045 51208 within 2 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will be automatically declined.

Step 2: Await Our Confirmation
Once your exchange is approved in writing, we’ll initiate a pickup via our courier partner. If your pincode is unserviceable, you will be guided to safely self-ship the parcel.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return
Carefully repack the outfit with all tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories intact. Follow the return instructions sent by our team.

Step 4: Quality Check at Our Warehouse
Once received, your item undergoes a thorough Quality Control (QC) process.
This may take 4-7 working days based on your location and courier transit time.

Step 5: Receive Your Store Credit
If your item passes QC, we will issue store credit within 24 hours. A ₹398 processing fee (₹199 for pickup + ₹199 for return shipping) will be deducted.
The remaining credit has no expiry and can be used for any future purchase.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale. Due to cross-border regulations, customs protocols, and international logistics constraints, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any orders shipped outside India. We urge our international clients to place orders mindfully and with full awareness of this policy.
