DELIVERY POLICY

Each Label Aishwaryrika garment is made-to-order and hand-embroidered crafted with care, precision, and over 30 days of artisanal labour. Please allow 15-20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for dispatch. Timelines may extend slightly during peak seasons. We value your patience for a product that’s truly one-of-a-kind.

We use trusted third-party logistics partners. While we ensure timely dispatch from our end, we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

Domestic Orders (India)

• Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a nominal charge, partially subsidised by us.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers:

• All prices are inclusive of GST. No hidden charges.

• Shipping is free pan-India.

For International Customers:

• Shipping starts at ₹3000, calculated at checkout.

• All international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Local duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
