Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Label Aishwaryrika, every garment is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans in Lucknow using the timeless traditions of Chikankari and Mukaish embroidery. As a Made-to-Order (MTO) luxury label rooted in the principles of slow fashion, every garment is crafted exclusively after your order is confirmed and is never mass-produced or stocked in bulk. Each piece undergoes multiple stages of hand embroidery, finishing, quality inspection and packaging, making every creation unique.

By placing an order with Label Aishwaryrika, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Delivery & Shipping Policy, together with our Return & Exchange Policy, Website Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale and all other applicable policies available on our Website before completing your purchase. Failure to read these policies shall not exempt you from their application.

1. Production & Dispatch

Production of your garment commences specifically for you immediately after successful order confirmation. As every order is individually handcrafted and produced exclusively for the customer, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded once production has commenced, except where required under applicable law.

Our standard production timeline is approximately 12-15 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This timeline is an estimate provided under normal operating conditions and shall not be construed as a guaranteed dispatch or delivery commitment.

Production timelines may reasonably vary due to festive seasons, promotional campaigns, exceptional order volumes, artisan availability, raw material procurement, quality control procedures, technical issues, operational requirements or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Label Aishwaryrika reserves the right to reasonably extend production timelines whenever necessary to preserve the quality, craftsmanship and integrity of its Products.

Reasonable delays in production shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the Order, refuse delivery, demand compensation or claim damages.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Upon completion of production and final quality inspection, your Order will be dispatched through one of our authorised logistics partners. Shipment tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch.

While Label Aishwaryrika endeavours to dispatch every Order within the estimated timeline, actual delivery schedules are dependent upon third-party logistics providers and are beyond our reasonable control.

Accordingly, Label Aishwaryrika shall not be liable for delays arising from courier operations, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, customs procedures, government actions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, civil disturbances, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All delivery timelines displayed on our Website, communicated by Customer Support or shared via Email, SMS or WhatsApp are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Label Aishwaryrika.

Label Aishwaryrika reserves the right to dispatch Orders in one or multiple shipments whenever operationally necessary. Partial shipments shall not constitute incomplete fulfilment and shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the Order or claim compensation.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all prepaid Orders delivered within India unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns.

All prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of applicable GST.

4. International Shipping

International shipping charges commence from ₹3,200 and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight and volumetric dimensions.

All international shipments are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs duties, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes, inspection charges or any other charges imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the Customer.

Label Aishwaryrika neither controls nor estimates these charges and shall not be liable for customs delays, import restrictions or additional governmental charges.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the import laws and regulations applicable in their destination country before placing an international Order.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, PIN/ZIP code, contact number and email address.

Label Aishwaryrika shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, returned shipments or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier communications, failure to collect the shipment, non-payment of customs duties or any other customer-related reason.

Where a shipment is returned to Label Aishwaryrika due to any customer-related reason, including failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, incorrect shipping details or non-payment of customs duties, the Customer shall bear all applicable return shipping, storage, customs and re-dispatch charges before the Order can be shipped again.

Refusal to accept delivery shall not constitute cancellation of the Order or entitle the Customer to any refund, except where required under applicable law.

6. Address Changes

Requests to modify the shipping address after an Order has been placed will only be considered if production has not commenced and the Order has not been dispatched.

Once production has commenced or the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, no address modification can be guaranteed.

Where an address correction is possible after dispatch, Label Aishwaryrika may facilitate the request solely at its discretion. Any charges levied by the courier partner for such modification shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

7. Deliveries for Time-Sensitive Occasions

If your Order is intended for a wedding, festival, vacation, photoshoot or any other time-sensitive occasion, we strongly recommend placing your Order well in advance.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith and shall not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing by Label Aishwaryrika.

Label Aishwaryrika shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from delayed delivery.

8. Delivery Confirmation

A shipment shall be deemed successfully delivered once the courier partner records the shipment as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Risk of loss during transit shall pass to the Customer upon successful delivery as recorded by the courier partner.

Any claim relating to missing, damaged or incorrect Products shall be governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy and Shipment Claim Policy, including the requirement to provide a clear, continuous and time-stamped unboxing video wherever applicable.

9. Policy Updates

Label Aishwaryrika reserves the right to amend, modify or update this Delivery & Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on the Website at the time an Order is placed shall apply to that Order.
